Competitive Malta has recently joined the Stockholm Network. The Stockholm Network is the leading pan-European think tank and market oriented network.
The Stockholm Network is a one-stop shop for organisations seeking to work with European policymakers and thinkers. Today, the Stockholm Network brings together more than 130 market-oriented think tanks from across Europe, giving us the capacity to deliver local policy messages as well as locally-tailored global messages across the EU and beyond.
Combined, think tanks in our network publish thousands of op-eds in the high quality European press, produce many hundreds of publications, and hold a wide range of conferences, seminars and meetings. As such, the Stockholm Network and its members influence the opinions of many Europeans every year.
Ms. Helen Disney Chief Officer and founder of the network will be addressing the business breakfast organised by Competitive Malta in conjunction with the Malta Business Weekly on the 11th June 2009.
She has over a decade's experience of influencing public policy debates. Formerly an editorial writer for The Times and an editorial writer and commentator for the Daily Express, as CEO of the Stockholm Network she continues to write regularly on a range of public policy topics for newspapers, magazines and websites.
