As such, the article looks into recent developments in the Greek crisis and the lessons that Malta can learn in order to ensure that Malta retains its economic resiliency and its competitiveness. Adrian Said, the Chief Coordinator for Competitive Malta said that, "The undertaking of such research and the dissemination of its results is in line with the aspirations of Competitive Malta to be the reference point on policy-related matters associated with making Malta a more competitive place, a place investors can trust and a place where the policy process takes into account recent happenings and tries to draw the lessons that recent happenings impart.
